SPAGHETTI NIGHT CALLS. JUST SAYIN’.

NONCONFORMIST is a red made to carry you through the darker winter months. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, this Italian classic is dry but shows abundant fruit from cherry to plum to blackberry. This is the wine you want to put aside for spaghetti night or anything with red sauce, for that matter.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a widely-grown grape originally from Bordeaux, but as time went by, it inevitably made its way over the border to Italy, where red wines simply shine on the unique soils and various microclimates of the boot.

GROWN IN THE HILLS OF PARMA.

From the land of parmesan, this dry red wine is made to be eaten with hard, aged cheese. From the food capital of Italy, Emilia-Romagna, NONCONFORMIST is made from grapes grown not far from where the world-famous Parmigiano-Reggiano is exclusively made using techniques that are centuries old. The same goes for the grapevines, many of which have been producing wine since ancient times.

A RED WINE DESTINED FOR RED SAUCE.

We admit: there are a couple of things that this wine will conform to, and they all have one thing in common: red sauce. The red sauce in a dish makes this wine sing. Some of our favorite pairings are spaghetti and meatballs, chorizo lasagne, portobello mushroom burgers, and tagliatelle with prosciutto.
